​The Reserve at the Fairways is a gated condominium community in Huber Heights, Ohio, built in 2005.  We have an assortment of beautiful styles of homes, ranging in size from around 1,500 square feet to over 2,100 square feet.  Our amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and pond.  Located directly across from Carriage Hill Metro Park north of I-70, our community offers close proximity to the natural world, while still being just a short drive away from downtown Huber and Dayton.
